GoodEarth Motif work in progress – 10 Sep 2024

The courtyard houses are making good progress with the casting of the first-floor slab, completing brickwork, finishing internal and external plastering, as well as electrical and plumbing work, and installing door and window frames.

The work on the northern side houses is in progress, including flooring, leveling of slab edges, plastering, electrical and plumbing work, and the installation of doors and windows. Additionally, the Mangalore tile roofing work has also begun.

The podium houses are advancing well, with progress including the casting of the ground floor slab, brickwork on both the ground and first floors, and the completion of the first-floor slab.

The construction of the brick walls on the ground floor for all the houses has begun and is progressing smoothly, indicating that the project is moving along well and making good headway.
