The main door installation has begun on the northern side houses. Progress also includes flooring, leveling the slab edges, plastering, as well as electrical and plumbing work, and the installation of doors and windows.

The podium houses are making good progress, with the casting of the ground floor slab, the brickwork on both the ground and first floors, and the completion of the first-floor slab.

The courtyard houses are also making good progress, having achieved milestones such as casting the first-floor slab, completing brickwork, and finishing internal and external plastering, electrical and plumbing work, and the installation of door and window frames
