The ground floor brickwork has commenced for the final set of houses, and work is progressing on the podium houses, involving ground floor brickwork and casting of the ground floor slab.

The courtyard houses are making good progress, achieving milestones such as casting the first-floor slab, completing brickwork, internal and external plastering, electrical and plumbing works, and installing door and window frames.

We have started flooring for the houses on the northern side. Progress also includes leveling the slab edges, plastering, electrical and plumbing work, and installing doors and windows.
