Malhar Motif has made notable progress in advancing the project by completing the casting of the basement slabs.

The work for the service duct has begun for the northern side houses and is also progressing with leveling slab edges, internal and external plastering, electrical and plumbing work, as well as frame fixing..

Progress is being made on the courtyard houses, including the casting of the first-floor slab, the brickwork for the first floor, and the casting of the ground floor slab.
