Malhar Motif is entering the next stage of its project, initiating the ground floor brickwork for the podium houses.

The shuttering and reinforcement works of the basement slabs are advancing, and also the progress continues on the courtyard houses as they proceed with the brickwork for the first floor and the casting of the ground floor slab.

We have commenced the brick cladding for the staircase walls on houses where internal plastering has been completed. Simultaneously, progress is underway on the houses located on the northern side, involving the first-floor slab, electrical and plumbing work, as well as the fixing of frames.

We have initiated the excavation for the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) block
