Malhar Motif is transitioning to the next phase of work, commencing internal plastering on the northern side of the houses.

Internal plastering has begun for the homes where electrical and plumbing work has been finished, while the other houses are in the process of completing their first-floor slab.

Progress continues on the courtyard houses, with a focus on the ground floor brickwork and the ongoing casting of the ground floor slab. In addition to that we have commenced the first floor brick work also.

The concreting for the basement floor is proceeding smoothly while the shuttering work is still in progress second part of slab casting.
