We have successfully completed the entire slab stage of the Motif Project, and progress on the podium houses continues with electrical and plumbing work, as well as internal plastering, along with the installation of doors and windows

The landscaping work is progressing well, including the pathways and common areas on the northern side. Progress is also being made on the electrical and plumbing work, along with the installation of doors, windows, staircases, and Mangalore tile roofing, following the completion of flooring.

The flooring work in the courtyard houses is progressing smoothly, along with internal and external plastering, putty work, electrical and plumbing work, and the fitting of door and window frames.
