Malhar Motif is making significant headway in the project’s development as it approaches the casting of the basement slab in its second phase.

The ground floor brickwork for the podium houses is progressing smoothly, while the courtyard houses are making progress with the brickwork on the first floor and the casting of the ground floor slab.

The leveling of the slab edges, plastering of ducts, and progress are rapid for the houses situated on the northern side, encompassing activities such as first-floor slab completion, electrical and plumbing work, and frame fixing.
