Malhar Motif is now advancing to the next phase of work by commencing flooring for the houses on the northern side.

The internal plastering works for the courtyard houses have also commenced and are progressing well, with the completion of the first-floor slab casting, first-floor brickwork, and the casting of the ground floor slab.

The ground floor brickwork and the casting of the ground floor slab for podium houses are currently in progress.
