The external painting has begun on the houses on the northern side, and work is progressing on the flooring, electrical, and plumbing, along with the installation of doors, windows, staircases, and Mangalore tile roofing.

The progress on the podium houses continues, including the first-floor brickwork and the casting of the first-floor slab.

The progress on the courtyard houses includes the casting of the first-floor slab, internal and external plastering, electrical and plumbing work, and the installation of door and window frames.
