The cladding wall enhances the aesthetic appeal of the staircase wall.

Following the completion of the basement slab casting in its second phase, the reinforcement works for the third phase have commenced.

The ground floor brickwork for the first set of podium houses is nearing completion, marking a significant milestone in the construction progress.

Progress is being made on the courtyard houses, including the casting of the first-floor slab, the brickwork for the first floor, and the casting of the ground floor slab.

Progress is underway on the houses located on the northern side, involving internal plastering, first-floor slab installation, electrical and plumbing work, as well as frame fixing.
