The podium houses are making rapid progress with the ground floor brickwork and the casting of the ground floor slab.

Progress is being made on the courtyard houses, including the casting of the first-floor slab, the brickwork for the first floor, internal and external plastering, electrical work, plumbing work, and door and window frame installation.

The windows and doors fixing for the houses on the northern side has commenced, and progress is also being made on the flooring work, putty work, and leveling of the slab edges.
