Malhar Motif is currently progressing towards the slab casting stage as the next phase. After completing the block work on a house-by-house basis, the team is now preparing to cast the slabs for each house.

While the slab casting for the first house is complete, the team is now focused on continuing the block work for the other houses

Columns are being cast for the basement slab, and the courtyard houses are currently having their plinth beam cast.
