The block work at the Motif site is progressing well, while the pile foundation is nearing completion.

The process of casting the plinth beams is being completed on a house-by-house basis in order to commence the block work.

The construction of the basement, which involves the completion of the retaining wall, plinth beam, and columns, is advancing smoothly. Meanwhile, the block work for the ground level is currently in progress.
