Malhar Motif is advancing towards the basement slab casting in its current construction phase, marking the significant progress in the project’s development.

While we have initiated the basement slab casting, the courtyard houses are making substantial progress with their brickwork and slab casting.

The northern side houses are taking on their final form as we completed the first floor brickwork and commence the construction of the first-floor slab.
