The concreting for the entry ramp leading to the basement has been completed.

The installation of door and window frames has commenced for the homes on the northern side of Motif, while we are completing the first-floor brickwork and the first-floor slab.

The courtyard houses are advancing with the ground floor brickwork and the casting of the ground floor slab.

Alongside the ongoing progress at Motif, we are actively casting the initial slab for the basement.
