The curing work at the motif site is proceeding seamlessly, in tandem with overall project progress.

The houses on the northern side are advancing with the casting of their first-floor slab, electrical and plumbing works, and the fixing of the frames.

Progress continues on the courtyard houses, with a focus on the ground floor brickwork and the ongoing casting of the ground floor slab. In addition to that we have commenced the first floor brick work.

After completing the initial slab casting for the basement, we have initiated the shuttering work for the second part of the slab.
