Malhar Motif is now moving towards the next phase of work after completing the foundation work on a house to house basis

The plinth beam has been encased rapidly to commence the block work, while the construction of the basement retaining walls is also nearing completion.

The construction of walls has started on site, marking the beginning of the next milestone in the project is in progress.
